Your eyes must be 20 degrees down when you look at screen. This makes your eyes less open and hence tears are not easily evaporated

Along with that always sit in "Upright Position" to relax your back and neck

Most of the people face eye-ache and head-ache because this simple thing is not followed

Your screen brightness must match surrounding brightness. If you are working in dim-light , your screen brightness must be less and if you are working in bright-light or outdoors , your screen brightness must be more
