REFUND,RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We care for our customers and we want them to always have smooth experience with Eyeinsist.com. For any reason, customers can return the order, entirely or partially , within 3 days after delivery of your order

If you want to Return , you can choose any one from our below two options

1) Exchange

         EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We provide free one time exchange on all orders
  • Please note that you cannot avail new offers while exchanging
  • We do not charge reverse pick up charges for the first exchange, however if exchange is initiated more than once by the customer Rs.150 reverse charges are payable.
  • At the time of exchange , if none of our Logistic partner provides the pickup , the customer has to send back courier to us within 2 days of information. This shipment charges are 100% Refundable

          EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for replacement.

 2) Refund

          REFUND POLICY

  • Incase you don't want to initiate Exchange and want to go for Refund , we can Refund Full Amount into *Store Credit* or *EyeInsist Wallet* , which can be utilized for your future purchases from EyeInsist.com
  • If you want bank refund , the to and fro courier cost will be borne by you which is usually around Rs.150 and we will refund you remaining amount
  • Please note Bank Refund is not possible incase of COD Orders

DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS / TAMPERED PARCEL

If you receive a damaged or missing product or tampered parcel , please raise the request within 24 hours with valid proof like "Product Unboxing Video" , "Image of the parcel", "Image of the label" , as it is mandatory for us to escalate issue with courier company

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case of Prepaid Order , cancellation if made before product is shipped , Rs.100 will be deducted as Convenience Charges or Bank Charges.
  • In case of Prepaid Order , cancellation if made after product is shipped , Rs.200 will be deducted as Convenience Charges or Shipping Charges.
  • In case of COD Order , orders cannot be cancelled
